Dr. Gerda Redl is a patent attorney with more than 20 years’ experience in the life sciences industry. Her technical expertise is in the fields of biotechnology, biochemistry and chemistry including protein engineering, biologicals and small molecules, biomarkers, antibodies, alternative scaffolds and libraries. She graduated as a biochemist and received her Ph.D. in microbiology from the Technical University of Vienna.

Prior to founding REDL Life Science Patent Attorneys, she held senior management positions in biotech, mid-size pharma and big pharma companies. Marita Preims holds an MBA in International Business and has an industry background as project manager. She studied biotechnology at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna.

He held postdoctoral positions at BOKU, University of Southern Denmark, and the University of Vienna.
